Characteristics and Consistency

A unique gel that combines a pleasant, medium-thick, mousse-like consistency with thixotropic properties. Its consistency allows nail technicians to work quickly, modeling several nails at once, while minimizing filing thanks to its excellent self-leveling properties.

The gel is strong and becomes an indispensable tool for reconstructing the natural nail architecture, nail modeling, and infills.

Key Properties

• Unique mousse-like consistency: The gel has a lightweight mousse texture in the jar, unlike Builder Gel and Jelly Gel. It may initially feel quite thick when picked up with a brush, but becomes increasingly pliable as you work with it. The more you manipulate it with the brush, the more fluid it becomes, allowing you to adapt the consistency to different techniques.

• Easy color mixing: Different shades can be easily mixed together.

• Crystal-clear transparency: The clear shade remains crystal clear, while the milky shade stays free of yellow undertones.

• Curing: Cures similarly to conventional Builder Gels, depending on the application thickness and technique.

• Lightweight feel: Even when modeling long extensions, the cured gel remains virtually weightless and does not make the nails feel heavy.

• Flexibility in thin layers: Retains elasticity in thin applications, which is especially important when working with soft nails, the cuticle area, and the lateral nail folds.

• Reliable curing in modeling layers: Provides full polymerization in modeling layers up to 3 mm thick, including extra-long extensions with a high apex, when used according to the recommended application technique.

• Strength and flexibility: Offers the necessary rigidity while combining elasticity with durability.

Application Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the natural nail: remove the previous coating, file the nail surface, and perform the manicure.

Step 2: Apply DNKa’ Dehydrator. Then apply the acid-free primer DNKa’ Ultrabond over the entire nail plate using a wiped, nearly dry brush. Avoid product buildup to ensure additional adhesion. Allow 30–60 seconds for the product to evaporate.

Step 3: Apply DNKa’ Rubber Base, DNKa’ Multi Base, Low Acid (Nano) Base, or Fiber Base. Cure under a 48 W or 36 W LED/UV lamp for 30–60 seconds.

Step 4: Select and fit the Paper Nail Form or Top Forms under the nail.

Step 5: Create the nail extension using your chosen shade of Builder Gel Mousse.

Step 6: Cure under a 48 W or 36 W LED/UV lamp for 120–240 seconds.

Step 7: Remove the form, shape the nail architecture, and cure again under a 48 W or 36 W LED/UV lamp for 120–240 seconds.

Step 8: Remove the residual sticky inhibition layer using DNKa’ Nail Prep & Cleanser 3-in-1.

Step 9: File and refine the nail if necessary, then apply your chosen DNKa’ Top Coat and cure for 120–180 seconds.

Step 10: Remove the gel by filing.
